Thanks for the information. This could explain a lot...I tend to use Splenda everyday and in a lot of different ways. Scale was up this morning and I was so surprised. Couldn't figure out why but I drank several diet sodas yesterday and other artificially sweetened crap. I've got to wake up and start paying attention! Thanks again!!
