I have been on a roller coaster since Christmas, not really sure what the dip is, but I have been unmotivated, hAngry, and my energy levels have been in the toilet. Every week, I think it's time to get on the bandwagon, and every morning, I find another excuse not to wake up and do what needs to be done.
As for my eating habits, well, I went from eating clean and possibly too little (according to my last trainer) to way out of control overeating clean. Yesterday was a real low point for me, having spent the day eating almost double the caloric intake I should (still all healthy). I am ready to get back into the routine that I was in last year which was a round of T25 beta and getting back into my running routine.
I want to be an inspiration for my girls lifestyles, and I want to be the best Jen I can be, so here we go, time for change. Wish me luck, I want to win some money that will go towards the Jen's college fund charity lol. Join me!
