It is always amazing how quickly my body gains weight back.   I have been slacking and it shows.  My weight is at an all time high!!  I am so ashamed and sick and tired.  It is to the point where every joint hurts in my body and I can't bear another pound on my frame.  I have always been heavy but enough is enough.  I just want to get back below 300 pounds.  Please tell me I am not the only one who experiences this.  I did yoga today for 30 minutes.  That is the max my body can handle at this weight.  Praying for success in my 30 day challenge that will start in 4 days.
