4 egg whites

one slice chia seed bread 

one wedegs laughing cow cheese

1 tbs no sugar added salsa

 

crack eggs into microwave safe bowl and separate yolks from whites.  Microwave for 45 seconds, stir gently, and microwave another 45 seconds.  

 

Toast bread to to preferred darkness.  Spread wedge of cheese over toast.  Plop cooked egg whites onto bread and top with a Tbs of salsa.
