Last night's dinner recipe

Ground beef with onions and portabellas.  This is a hearty, tasty, one pot dinner.  Recipe can be lightened up even more by using leaner ground beef.

2 pounds 85% Lean Ground Beef

2 medium Onions ~2-1/2" dia

6 large Portabella Mushroom Caps

2 cups Frozen Green Beans

3 cups Kai-lan aka Chinese broccoli

1 medium Mackintosh Apple

1 T Coconut Aminos

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Pepper, black

½ tbsp. ground Turmeric

1 tbsp minced Garlicp

1 tsp Paprika, Sweet, Smoked

1 tbsp Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp Olive oil

 In a dutch oven heat Olive oil and add sliced onions. Cook until starting to soften. Add groung beef. Cut stems of Kai-lan into 1" pieces and add to onion and beef mixture. Cook until Kai-lan stems start to soften. Add water if mixture starts to stick. Add frozen green beans, portabella mushrooms and apple as well as all spices. Cook until green beans are thawed and apple is tender.
