Why does slow and steady win the race? It's the consistent habits spread over time that build success especially applied to weight loss! I would much rather it drop off quickly and effortlessly! It doesn't, it takes time. It takes time to build good habits. It takes small good choices adding up over time that finally result in loss! Slow, steady, consistent but permanent, long lasting results. Easy come, easy go! If it was so easy to lose these pesky pounds they would quickly return. No thank you! I'll go ahead and do the hard work. Hard work does build good character. Which is what it will take to keep those pesky suckers away! The character habits that stop overindulging, stay sensible and diligent. Learning patience with the process and myself as the journey to health and fitness continues moving forward. Slow and steady but forward is still forward.
