I just completed the INSANITY 60-day challenge and it felt great!

Between days 1 and 63:

  • I can now do 48 more switch kicks
  • 35 more Power Jacks
  • 40 more Power Knees
  • 20 more Power Jumps
  • 3 more Globe Jumps
  • 6 more Suicide Jumps
  • 10 more Push-Up Jacks
  • and 35 more Low Plank Oblique crunches

However, despite all that progress, I didn't actually lose any weight (since I ate whatever I wanted).

Round two starts conveniently when this bet begins, so I'm going to do the 60 day challenge all over again... but this time while watching what I eat.  I'm so excited to have this sort of motivation and some friends to help along the way.  Between them and MyFitnessPal, I'm shooting for my goal weight of 210lbs!
