Last week I had a rough couple of days (as those that read my "Frustrated with Friends" post saw).  But!  I'm happy to report that with some strict adherence to MyFitnessPal and paying off some "calorie debt", I am back on track and have lost 5 of my 8 lbs!

Saturday was especially hard for me.  I left a calorie deficit uneaten to help undo the surplus I had Thursday & Friday and I was so hungry.  I just kept drinking plain tea and hoping for the best.  Today there was payoff!

How do you deal with hunger?  For me it's black coffee or tea, but I'm open to new ideas.
