Congrats on your huge success!! Have you tried incorporating apple cider vinegar ( ) into your diet to get through the plateau? I was introduced to it through the Slimgenics diet plan.I used to mix it with my salad dressing. I was also told to only eat raw green veggies for 3-4 days to help break the plateau. (With a 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast, 2 proteins, and 1 starch I believe. Good luck with your last 6 pounds!!

Thanks! I'm not one to do any specific with my diet, just cals in vs cals out. If it comes down to the last week before db4 weigh in and I'm still not there, I could use this. ?
