Very nice! And way to finish that 1/2 marathon! I'll need to find that song, as I don't think I know it and one can always use a little emotional boost!
It truly is amazing how much some support or kind words can help along the way! Nice that you also found some group workouts to do! You never post your exercise, so I wasn't sure if you strictly focused on your diet and steps.

I do group interval training classes twice per week. It works like this.
Tuesday: 9-10 exercises, 30 seconds on, thirty seconds rest, rotate exercise, X 3
Thursday: Same cycle, different exercises.
Week Two Tuesday: Same as previous Tuesday, but 30-15 X4
Week Two Thursday: Same as previous Thursday, but 30-15 X4.

Extremely intense, especially the second week. No fun during, except for the group comradery of shared pain. Definite, measurable gains in fitness and weight loss.

That's awesome! Sounds rough, but as I always say - the pain goes away, but the studliness stays! ;)
