I've been meaning to post my results on here but just didn't have the chance to sit down and type out my thoughts till now!

I finished the 21 day Fix on Sunday, Feb. 1st and I'm hooked! I lost around 7 pounds and 11 inches in just 21 days!! I really feel I could have lost even more weight because I didn't work out all of week 2 (just stuck to my nutrition during that week). I also had a few cheat meals on the weekends (of course, Super Bowl Sunday would be my 21st day). The fit also allows for double workouts in a day for optimal results during the third week - which I didn't do.

I started over this week and I plan on sticking to the 21 day fix as close as I can – despite the temptations on Valentine’s Day! More than the weight loss, I really LOVE how this program has taught me portion control. When I go out, I make much smarter choices and I feel so good about it. I’m constantly FULL all day and my skin feels amazing – water really does the trick! On top of that my clothes fit much better and I went shopping on Friday and for the first time in a LONG time I felt sexy! I can’t tell you how happy and good it felt to shop for myself and love the girl I saw in the mirror. And just yesterday I experienced the best feeling ever when my husband looked at me while I was getting dressed for work and says, “Wow, you look so skinny.”

I really can’t wait to see what I can accomplish in the next 21 days and then the next 21 days and onwards!
