Today was a 9/10.

That's the first 9/10 day in months!

Brought the ex-wife to some helpful people to fill in some benefit forms (agoraphobia), and it was a lovely day, very unlike Irish Spring weather!

We walked from there into town, taking in the Vitamin D, letting her photography some lovely (ahem) murals, and when I got home, my new Polar M400 was waiting for me (to replace a Pebble which has had some dodgy daily step total issues recently) and I've been playing with it all day. :)

Got it hooked up to my bluetooth HR strap and bluetooth footpod / stride sensor (Will play with that much later when i'm able to run outside).  Flawless.

Ater a less than healthy Ulster fry and a snooze on the sofa, I dusted my gym gear off and walked the three miles to my gym to meet a friend who hasn't been gymming in months either.  We're gonna keep each other right. :)

Did a bit of cycling, and used the HR strap+M400 to do heart-rate based intervals.  Fun!

I'm on 18K steps for the day, and now playing with various fitness software to see when is best for me.  Because of my uptick in diet and exercise, I'm hugely focussed and I'm close to my 3% target already. :)

A good day. :)
