Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. What an amazing accomplishments you've made to remember and honor that friendship. You should be so proud of yourself. The Princess Half was my first 1/2 Marathon, as well, ran with my sister back in 2010; fun course! Good luck with your training and reaching all your further goals.
