Then you are safely among the knuckleheads of eating. :-) However, stupid is a bit strong for the truth that this is hard. You are human. I bet if you asked around many people would say that we could write a book about what we should be doing as opposed to what we are doing. It's hard in the beginning, especially developing new habits when we hold on so tightly to the old and my hats off to those who have a hold of it. The best thing is that here you are, not giving up, ready to make the past the past!! That's fantastic!! Forget what you didn't do and focus on what you will and can do. Celebrate every little thing that you are doing correctly because you are worth celebrating! That's how you gain confidence in yourself by believing in what you will achieve and celebrating the journey it takes to get there! As far as food goes, preparing is definitely key. Wishing you the best!! You will do this!:-)
