Hi Opspin, How are you doing? I noticed you are following a VLCD and I was wondering if you have considered or done any research on IF or the 5:2 diet specifically? I have been considering trying it but haven't yet and was just curious. Keep up the good work!!!

I just saw it the other day, I'm not sure if I could go a couple of days a week completely without food, not unless I was out in the wilderness somehow or something, if I were home, or near any food, I'd definitely drift towards the fridge, but then again, that's how it usually is, much easier when there's just not any easy to get food around, that's actually why I'm taking a big chunk out of my weight these next couple of weeks, my cupboards are empty, girlfriend is on vacation (in Costa Rica the lucky bastard) and I have nothing to do but eat my boring Nupo powder.
