Non-scale victory of the week!

Yes!!!! It‘s almost unbelievable But this is it 6 months went so fast. I did not reach my goal to be under 90kg but I WON THIS GAME!!!! This is just the beginning.... a long way to go... But every journey starts with the first step

It is my Birthday. And instead of eating cake like crazy. I will give myself a treat and go to the hairdresser. I am proud of what I have achieved so far. Long way to go. But hey.... here I come ☺️

Yes!!!!! It‘s been incredible tough for me not to eat too much during Christmastime/Christmasparties/New Year etc. but running helped me a lot. I am glad and super proud.

Been out sightseeing with the kids. The youngest couldn’t walk anymore so I ended up carrying him all the way home. Six months ago this would not have been possible for me. I feel strong like Supermom!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well.... I am on vacation at the moment. Cooking/food choices are tough. But I will not allow bad habits to come back. Remember? Supermom!

Yaaaaay! Totally happy to be on vacation with my kids. Enjoying the sun and the great feeling to wear “light clothes”. Not worrying about hiding anything like my belly or chubby arms. Thank you dietbet!
