Non-scale victory of the week!

still swimming daily, even if it means working around some odd hours. took my first day off work and ate close to 5000 calories probably but also made time to swim and walked 13 miles that day

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been cooking a lot of new healthy food and consistent with swimming once a day even when it means switching up my work schedule or working around the rain.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still have had a hard time incorporating strength training videos consistently and making time for real estate classes.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I swam every single day except for the day I had laser hair removal done and I ate very healthy this week. I also experimented with new recipes and found great ways to eat large quantities of delicious food for very low calories.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have incorporated more of the 21 Day Fix videos to add strength training and target specific body parts instead of just swimming an hour a day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been smoke free for over a week and even though I had the flu and pneumonia, I still pushed myself to at the very least walk enough so I don't lose my Stepbets and Runbets.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've had better self control and not replaced some of my healthier snacks with Reese's. (For whatever reason lately I've been craving them a lot..)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Consistently spent my time wisely by walking on work breaks, squeezing in long swims, breaking personal records, invested in healthier snacks, and finally hit 168lbs!!!! after a long plateau around the 171-175lb range. ok so the 168 lasted one day, but heyyyy I saw it with my own two eyes!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went swimming thrice, jogged once, and for the most part stuck to my daily caloric limits.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I could better manage my time so I can exercise daily. 21 Day Fix is super effective but I can never commit the 30-45mins to do it daily.
