This week was an experiment. usual exercise, no alcohol and sensible eating. I lost a pound. Next week I cut down a little on food.

Tried to regulate my eating while leaving out alcohol and at least I didn't gain.

Remarkably, for a week where personal circumstances meant a bad diet, I ran a PB for 10 miles in a race.

Again, everything. I think I have to accept that I've blown February.

I ate far more healthily. More fruit, more veg and I feel better, but I just don't understand the scales....
