Non-scale victory of the week!
Yesterday I pushed myself to go to the gym when I wanted to give up! I ANDDD GUESS WHATTT I LOST SOME WEIGHT YAYYY! this really made my day today.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have gone out more to take more steps --but since it was raining I made an excuse. I think if it rains again, I will make some steps inside! up and down the stairs maybe??

I am going to continue what i've been trying. It seems to be working so far. I will keep drinking more water and keeping my portions to a good size. I will workout to my goals of the week 2x at the gym and 3x with some sort of activity! ANYTHING WILL HELP! I also want to clean my room. I want to have a fresh and clean looking room I am tired of coming home to a dirty ass room! If I am going to cleanse my body I will change my environment I live in to be cleaner as well! LETS DO THIS
