Non-scale victory of the week!

Yesterday I pushed myself to go to the gym when I wanted to give up! I ANDDD GUESS WHATTT I LOST SOME WEIGHT YAYYY! this really made my day today.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gone out more to take more steps --but since it was raining I made an excuse. I think if it rains again, I will make some steps inside! up and down the stairs maybe??

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I am going to continue what i've been trying. It seems to be working so far. I will keep drinking more water and keeping my portions to a good size. I will workout to my goals of the week 2x at the gym and 3x with some sort of activity! ANYTHING WILL HELP! I also want to clean my room. I want to have a fresh and clean looking room I am tired of coming home to a dirty ass room! If I am going to cleanse my body I will change my environment I live in to be cleaner as well! LETS DO THIS

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been drinking a lot more water since the start of this! and have been eating smaller portions consistently!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I could have gotten more steps in! but no fear! will do it starting tomorrow!

I am gonna take the dogs for a walk on M/W/F and continue to go to the gym T/T! Keep on drinking water and continue to be consistent on portions! I CAN DO IT! I will weigh in on JAN 10th!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find myself getting disappointed and sad when I don’t keep myself in check. If I mess up a day or don’t see results when I’ve tried so hard to keep myself accountable.. it usually starts to make myself give up and stop for a while. I’m tired of feeling sorry for myself and I’m so happy I found this diet bet thannggg and I have some motivation!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

All of the above I suppose. But to start, I would like to go back to the gym 2x a week. And do some yoga for a try and some other implemented stuff for home workouts on the other days. My problem is being sedentary for the entire day when I’m not in school and nope! If I walk up and down stairs in the house I’ll walk them a few times before I go back down or something. Get more steps in during the day. I want to eat salad at least once a day (or veggies with my meal) and watch my portions because I tend to eat a lot and really fast when I’m hungry haha! I’ll have to slow down and enjoy my food :) And drink a whole lot more of water!!!!!
