Best of luck! I can totally relate to the black and white thinking. I have finally broken this and it is what I believe to be why I have lost 55 lbs and still on this incredible journey. It's not all or nothing. I am trying to live each day better but there will always be bumps in the road and detours but I no longer allow them to stop me!
