To be honest, this week I did keep my clean eating at the forefront, but there were some struggles. Just feel like I’m having a hard time maintaining routine at the moment with so much going on in other parts of my life. I’ve just returned back to my home space, so this next week I need to work to reestablish my habits.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My exercise this week was pretty weak .. my goal is 5 times a week, and I managed 2 ... down from the week priors 4.

Over all I think I’ve made better food choices which is awesome and I’ve definitely been more conscious about getting my body moving and being more active - also awesome! I felt good about my abilities during a few group activities and though I see that there’s room for improvement, I’m happy with my plank and push up improvements.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I’ve been sick for a good portion of this past week and I had a weekend getaway with friends that included group meals. I definitely strayed quite far from how I reggilarly eat and felt that I did not push shelf as hard with workouts due to my illness. It’s frustrating to see mixed progress, but it’s left me motivated to push through and return to my work outs and meal prep.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I’d like to get back in the habit of food logging and return to my largely plant based diet. I’d like to increase my workouts to 5 times this week and try and maintain that habit in coming weeks. I tend to get quite a bit of sleep most evenings so t hasn’t been a priority, but after being sick and having a weekend away- I’d like to focus on getting at least 7-8 hrs a night.
