Walking on treadmill for 40 mins and doing 15 mins strength training after working 10.5 hours

Eating. I love to snack. We went to Krispy Kreme and Rob thought it a good idea to get 2 dz donuts - 1 glazed and 1 asstd .... 3 days, 5

I have got to get back on track!! There is no reason I should be putting weight on. Better diet, more consistency with exercise!
