Walking on treadmill for 40 mins and doing 15 mins strength training after working 10.5 hours

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping the momentum going. I dropped 50 lbs, but ended up putting 17 back on. I’m an “emotional” eater, and thought I had gotten a handle on it, but apparently not.
