Non-scale victory of the week!

Very easy to walk 3.5 mph with a 3 incline. Going to push it up to 4 incline. Had to buy new walking shoes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had 1 piece of pie on pi day. There were 2 whole pies in the house. Victory!

Walking 3.5 miles an hour is now easy.
