Hey Becky! You are so sweet. I'm glad I'm back too. I am actually right at the border line. This morning I weighed myself and if I eat big meals, I'll be over my limit, so I'll just try to have some small meals. I'll have a test tomorrow so I probably will end up staying up tonight and hopefully I'll stick with gum. Happy thanksgiving to you too! I'm so happy and thankful that we have been encouraging each other throughout the game. We can see each other's struggling but we made it.

Wow!!! Great job Becky! Congratulations on both of our progresses. I really appreciated your encouragement. It really motivates me a lot knowing that you my friend we are working together towards the same goal. I know we both had time struggling. But we eventually made it. Yes we need to continue being good. 9 more days try to keep it down.

Thanks Becky! I know. I couldn't believe it either. I was 2 lbs lower than my initial weight last Sunday and I felt hopeless (couldn't stop stress eating). I ate even worse and I told myself after this I would be done with the junk. Every time after eating unhealthy stuff I feel bad mentally and physically. So I ate really well the last three days and the scale rewarded me with the encouraging numbers. The tests are coming and I hope I won't be too stressed out and I'll continue eating well even if I don't have time to exercise next week. We should both remember how much achievement we feel every time when we resist the food temptation(I'm sure you did today;) ). Good luck beck! Just a little bit over a week... We can do it!!!

Hi Jie, I've always had a super hard time exercising in the morning too! I just would not get out of bed! But with this dietbet challenge I have done it 3 days in a row! I guess I'm just super scared of losing that $30!! So I have hit the snooze button on my alarm clock a couple times and then I get up and do it. Sounds like we are very similar and but we can motivate each other. We CAN do this. If this week goes well I'm considering joining the dietbet 10 so that I can get down to my ideal goal weight by May. Good luck to us!!!

Hi, Jie You are a very fast runner! I am a slow jogger maybe because I'm lazy and out of shape or also because of having short legs but I usually go only at between 3.8 and 4.0 mph on the treadmill and that gets me to aprox. a 15 min mile. But with the intervals i go at my easy 3.8 mph for 30 seconds then I kick it up to 4.5 mph for 30 seconds which is a good run for me (5 mph is a sprint!) I can do it for 30 seconds its no biggie. So I have alternated like that the past 3 jogs and it is a good way to torch more calories. I don't think I will do it every time but it is a nice change of pace and a boost!

Thanks Becky! I usually push myself pretty hard. That's why I even got injured from running a couple of months ago. I stopped running for a while. In the summer I found regular muscle training helped running. Before the summer I could hardly finish 3 miles in an hour. Changing up the patterns definitely adds more fun to it. I usually pull up netflix and time goes by really fast. The difficult part for me is to step on the treadmill. Haha!
