Non-scale victory of the week!

I had to hook my bra on the tighter row of hooks!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I notice I’m often under my calorie limit so I want to do better at meeting that so I don’t wreck my metabolism or anything like that.

I want to make sure I get moving at least 30 minutes a day. I want to stop eating junk food and drinking my calories. I need to stop eating because I’m bored and only eat when I’m actually hungry!
