I would make my daily cal plan to accommodate for a glass of wine.

What about allowing yourself a glass of wine 2 or 3 nights a week. If i know i can have something and have to wait for it makes me enjoy it all the more and cut back a little bit in other areas to accommodate the extra calories on the days you do have wine....
