Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I don't naturally make good choices, so really have to work at it. When I get tired or stressed or lazy and don't have the energy to make the effort to stick with it, I completely backslide.

I want to swim at least once this week, and am hoping to attend a yoga class. So intimidating as I just weighed in at 230!
