What is is that you purchased?

The fitbit zip! It's been great so fat - so tiny that I can't feel it on my waist or in my bra, and it tracks my steps, distance, etc in conjunction with an app on my iPhone. I'm able to track my food intake and it tells me how many calories I've burned just by existing, including exercise. It's great! http://www.fitbit.com/zip/specs

Hi Laura! I saw your post about not staying motivated and wanted to let you know if you have cell phone where you can download Apps, there is a free app called sworkit that I would look into if I were you :) it is free and a great short or long work out :) have a great day and good luck on your weight loss
