I am down 7 pounds in a week and I can’t believe it :-) I finally got past my plateau which was my biggest goal. Now to maintain and to hopefully keep going lower and lower :-)

My push-up game has been strong :-) I’ve been doing at least 30 push-ups a day and that is not something I ever thought I would be able to do

Doing better at eating no carbs well barely carbs LOL so I need to stick to that

It’s always resisted the sweet foods ! But I did it :-)
