Bought a size smaller shirt then i normally wear and it doesn’t look terrible!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I binged on some fried rice after winning my last two diet bets. I feel bloated and terrible and up almost 5 pounds. It totally wasn’t worth it!

I actually jogged on a treadmill which I’ve never been able to do!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did really good considering that I was socially eating this weekend and had a margarita. But 80/20 right! And i still worked out in the gym at our hotel!
