I LOVE Zombies, Run!! I started my diet in mid January and my only exercise was walking my dogs (I had two at the time :( and I was in horrible shape. I started walking a three mile loop around my neighborhood that did have some pretty good hills, but I was so horribly slow!! I would take over an hour to walk just three miles!!! I got ZR! in March and started adding in intervals of running into my walks and it completely changed my fitness level. It let me walk faster and run longer and got me motivated to run because I wanted to see how the story progressed. It is really funny in a dry British humor sort of way.

And I see that you use Zombies, Run!, do you like it?

I reached my goal already, but I think its just being trying to change my lifestyle is such a shock to my system! I have 60 pounds total that I would love to shed off so now I have about 50 more to go! There will be alot more diet betting for me!

Is this your 1st diet bet? We could totally cheer each other on, losing weight is a lifestyle change and not necessarily the easiest otherwise we'd all be skinny, right?! Hope your staying focused and healthy!

Yes, this is my first diet bet. Which is a bummer because I have lost about 50 pounds since last January! I could have been rich! Now I am close to my goal and it is SO HARD to get the weight to come off now!! I didn't realize how easy I had it before. I watch a lot of you tube videos for inspiration, workouts and diet ideas. That is how SarahFit led me here. Good luck and glad I found someone to cheer for!!
