Non-scale victory of the week!

I had one day I was really proud of myself. I was at the store, and I was super hungry. I resisted all temptations and got out of there with a lot of fruit and vegetables, and some salmon.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had some cake this week, and also are more than last week. I still need to eat something more healthy in the evenings.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This coming week I should make sure I get enough sleep, so my day doesn't get shifted too much. Should also get some more exercise, so I hope my cold let go soon.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been doing well on the no-sugar. It is hard not to go for all kinds of food when I'm bored, but I mainly went for healthy options. The best would be to not eat of boredom, but think I am not there yet.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still eat out of boredom, and still eat some unhealthy salty snacks. Hope to get better with time.

Will exercise a bit more this coming week. Maybe not more days, but longer or harder workouts. I will also try to eat healthier snacks.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

It is hard to find time eating healthy in my everyday life. I know what is needed, and how, but when you have little time you don't cook, and eat frozen food or take out instead.
