I FEEL GREAT DOING KETO!!!

Brag more!!! I'm too modest and I was so unconfident that I just randomly entered weights without verification!!! I hadn't weighed mysedl entire Dietbet and suprised myself with losing an extra pound more than diet bet!!!!!!! exercise is definitely helping!!!

Realized I work out at work. 3-4miles a day!!! Holy macaroni.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I shouldn't have eaten that carrot cake. Or should I be glad I STILL lost weight because I AM STRICT all through the week and I barely noticed I hadn't eaten ANY other sweets. The carrot cake was just a random"hey I haven't had that maybe I'll eat that for dessert?" In the past every diet was ' omg I can't wait untill treat day!!! I'm gonna die of resistance' 'maybe I should swtich my cheat day to today's and then that happened all five days!!!!
