Non-scale victory of the week!

My eating habits have changed. My cheat day was last Friday and I ate significantly less cheat food than I thought I would. I don't eat as much food as I used to to feel full.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I only had takeout twice this week. Once when my boyfriend's mom was in town, the second when I was downtown for a few hours.

I want to start my keto diet off strong. I want the large majority of sugar I consume to be from fruits, not candy.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I took the stairs 3/5 days at work. There were several evenings I didn't end with a sweet treat. And I ate at a calorie deficit all 5 work days.
