Non-scale victory of the week!

Learning to say no that has been my success. I have had several opportunities to fall off of the wagon by indulging and Sweets sugar enhanced and processed food and have focused on the long-term goal to continue to lose weight naturally.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I felt that I could have gotten more sleep my goals this week is to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night that will help with my metabolism

Focusing on keeping my carbohydrate count below 25 grams per day. Starting today by walking at least 2 hours and lifting weights for 45 minutes afterwards. Using breaks throughout the day to work on flexibility and core stabilization exercises 4 my abdomen region

To learn the value of compounding activities on a daily basis in pursuit of overall goal . In essence do a little bit more everyday in pursuit of whatever long-term goal it is mine in this case was to maximize my nutrition By focusing on visualizing how letting myself go on my diet would impact my progress. I have also this week managed to fit into clothes that I was wearing 5 years ago.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I felt that I could have slept at least eight hours per night which is something that I will make a necessity for the next dietbet contest I enter.

To begin the day with at least a 90-minute two 2-hour brisk walk before doing anything. To focus on consistently staying in bed and sleep seven to eight hours per night.

Starting to lift weights and do more resistance training along with my cardio. Using every opportunity to get in Darker green salad greens and fiber-rich fruits and vegetables into my diet.

I could have tried to get more sleep this week I will aim for 7 hours of sleep per night until the contest is over

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm excited about winning the contest this week and they shall serve as a catalyst going into the second phase. I draw much energy from my fellow competitors and the way that we have interacted during the first phase of the contest. That motivation enables me to make the necessary sacrifices to get to the next level and hopefully repeat my success in round 2. I have Incorporated a meal planning system that prepares meals ahead of time so that I am not tempted to stray off the plan

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel that I could have rested more I only managed to get approximately 5 hours of sleep per night this week I look forward to working my way up to at least eight hours by the end of the contest.

This week I intend on watching my sodium consumption as well as eliminating any type of sugar or refined sugar foods which have been my down fall. I'm going to make a conscious effort to eliminate coffee and switch over to green tea in addition to that strive to get at least one gallon of water in my system a day.

I feel really good about this week's my clothes are starting to fit differently now. As a matter of fact I can mail were some of my soccer jerseys my nephew purchase for me Singapore.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink a little bit more water than I did I really need to start getting at least a gallon of water in a day to accelerate my weight loss and enhance my metabolism

As the contest is coming to a close and I have met my goal weight I plan to rest for a couple of days and start the next phase of the contest. I plan on having a very healthy meal after the weigh in and going for a nice long walk see you next challenge good luck to everyone.

Sleeping more than 7 hours and lifting weights at least 4-5 days per week. As far as my diet goes I would like to be able to lower my carbs to under 50-40 grams a day. Finally striving to drink no alcohol and at least 1 gallon of water per day
