Non-scale victory of the week!

I discovered that I have strong will power and I can do anything if I set my mind to it! Fasted for most of the day, had 1 400 calorie meal to make my weigh-in!

There was non! I fell off completely this week!

I sticked to my intermittent fasting, I ate clean for the most part and even though I went to party yesterday with unlimited food and drinks, I made my goal!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise more. I always miss my morning workouts then I’m too tired for the evening ones! I do however do my daily walk after lunch!

My endurance is building. I can exercise longer and more intensely!

Definitely could have worked out more and choose healthier options but sometimes you gotta treat yourself then jump back into it!
