This is my first challenge. I was told by DietBet that I could submit my final weigh-in a day early (today) because it is within 48 hours of the true weight-in. Is that true?

Yes, but you still have to log in and choose the option to use that previous weigh in during the weigh out time.

My roadblocks that I basically cause myself... Emotional eating... Binging... And the war inside my head. I'm trying to get these under control.

My husband being my workout partner! There have been so many days this past month that I would have been completely fine not working out, or days that I dreaded working out after a long day or even from being sore from previous workouts. Every single time, he has motivated me and helped push me to do our workout each night. It’s shown me true dedication and helped me get to our goal.

Daily mediation and journaling!! Those two things have made a HUGE impact in my life in the last few weeks that I started implementing them regularly. They help me to relax and clear my mind and real ease thoughts and feelings. This puts me in a better mindset to make healthier decisions both physically and mentally. I highly recommend!!

Almost positive I'll hit my goal...especially after my run tomorrow...the trick will be keeping myself at that goal over the weekend till weigh in!

I have to stay stronger on the weekends but allow a small treat. I tend to go overboard on weekend and gain back what have lost. Have done better these last two weekends.

  • Just show up! Everyday does not have to be a killer workout. Your eating does not need to be on point everyday. Every step in the right direction no matter how small, is still in the right direction.
