Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to get to bed at a decent time this week on most nights I also did a bit of meal prep for the week and it’s been easier to grab healthy lunches on the go

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

There were one or two nights where I went for dinner and had some drinks along with it. Ideally for this weight loss period I would stick to zero.

This weekend I’m visiting my cousin and friends, which will likely mean going out on the Saturday and then going for a brunch on Sunday. That’s going to be a tight turn around time for the final weigh in for this dietbet challenge. My goal is to make the best choices I can make while I’m there, and then when I come back flush everything out!

Increasing the amount of workouts I was able to do from the week before

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

On the weekend we stayed with my boyfriends family and I didn’t want to bother them with modifying all of my food. So I ate what they ate, which wasn’t sticking to my diet, but I don’t regret it exactly either

I’m sticking to my no dairy, no gluten, no sugar diet fairly well

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Working out more, but I was also under the weather and was in the hospital for intestinal pains. It threw off my work out game but probably helped drop a bit of weight from not being able to eat solid foods

Working out for 5 days of the week, and on my off days it was because of family functions. Even still the one day I went golfing, and the other day I went for a walk

Not indulged in thanksgiving meals. I’m easily up 3 pounds from my normal weight
