What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I have a food addiction. I will sometimes start to eat something without even realizing it. Stop at a gas or fast food or if my kid brings something home. I eat it and afterward am just confused how I did it without even thinking. It has gotten less often, rare even, since I started my journey to health but it still happens.
