Hi there Steen! How have you been doing? Have you been keeping up your exercise and nutrition? I've been doing my best and now I am down to a "healthy" weight that I just need to find a way to maintain. I did cut back to just running once a day in the morning for around 8 kilometers and I do around 200 push-ups and sit-ups to work other muscles as well. Keep up the good work and join diet bet every once in a while to keep in touch!

How are you doing Steen? I've been losing weight like crazy since I started running twice a day (10 km in the morning and 7 km in the afternoon). Unfortunately I've been doing it 7 days a week and my right foot seems to be "bruised" so I'm going to have to slow down a bit to avoid hurting it more. Keep up the good work; our goal weights are getting very close!

Hi Robert. That sound a little insane with two runs every day. Don't forget you need to make a change for life, and running twice a day seems unrealistic. This said you are doing what few can do. I'm really impressed, and you make me wanna do even better than i'm doing right now. I need to get more hard cardio training in. Lately I've been working on my summer house, which burns like crazy, but does not push my cardio. I'm however still around minus 3000 cals a day every day, and still losing a lot.

You are right about the lifestyle change . I'm happy with my diet but long term I will probably only run once a day for 5 or 6 km per day. I'm just trying to get down to my "healthy" lean weight. If I can lose 30 more pounds I will be very lean. Losing weight is addictive!!!

Good morning sunshine! I'm back in the game! Biggest come-from-behind win yet... I now have 13 wins in a row. I have 2 more dietbets ending Monday which only need 0.6 pounds (or 0.27kg) to go. :)

Yep,we are both members of the 100+ pounds lost club. What is your goal weight? I started out at 385 and my goal weight is 180-190. I'm at 263 right now so I have a couple months left of intense diet and exercise!

how awesome. I got almost up that high once upon a time, I got it off years ago but some downtime getting my knees fixed meant I started gainng a little. So I'm here now to stop it.

I sure hope. It's just a number anyways. I had a bet with my dad. I lost around 100 and he quit smoking. He stopped a few months ago :) Maybe I should bet a car next time.

I'm a numbers person :) I'm getting close to 50 pounds on dietbet but I'm actually at 86.2 total. My brother smokes also... nasty habit.
