Non-scale victory of the week!

Got my workouts in. Had to switch my rest day but made it up! I drank more water. Not where I want to be but better than I was!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Using container (portion) system. VERY similar to the diabetic exchanges which I'm familiar with. I had an eating disorder as a teenager/young adult and the diabetic exchange is what we followed at patients.
