Non-scale victory of the week!
i restarted the fast - aiming for minimum 1 week, but would like to make it past the last one's hurdle and make it 2 to get past this plateau.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
had to restart the fast because my eating was craptacular the past week ... nothing but frankenfood and the occasional deli turkey wrapped cream cheese and asparagus spears. not good. very not good. my guts hate me. really hate me. no joking. there is no love there.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Fast. Stick to the fast with perhaps a little kimchi to help the guts along. or maybe just starve them for a while.. we'll see if they're done with hating me today (after 2 full days of full on hate).
