Non-scale victory of the week!

i restarted the fast - aiming for minimum 1 week, but would like to make it past the last one's hurdle and make it 2 to get past this plateau.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

had to restart the fast because my eating was craptacular the past week ... nothing but frankenfood and the occasional deli turkey wrapped cream cheese and asparagus spears. not good. very not good. my guts hate me. really hate me. no joking. there is no love there.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Fast. Stick to the fast with perhaps a little kimchi to help the guts along. or maybe just starve them for a while.. we'll see if they're done with hating me today (after 2 full days of full on hate).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

could have done better with the diet ... damn shark week. up and down, mostly up all week. finally whooshed most of it off yesterday, but still not all - just feeling bloated and not in control. blech. blech. and an argh thrown in for good measure.

Non-scale victory of the week!

got in a 5 km run - despite the pup - for once i won the tug-of-war.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

didn't stick to the ADF plan. more or less evened out during the week - stomach flu s helped on the scale but that's temporary - I expect to see a rebound next week.

Stick to the ADF plan. With some PSMF thrown in on 2 of the eat days.

none really this week. :( ... maybe I can count that I started doing physio homework ... somewhat inconsistently, but better than not at all.

could have stuck to the shorter fast better. Broke a few times.

ran twice . sortof . lots of tug of war with the pup. it's rabbit hunting season apparently.

failed at making it 14 days. pulled the plug @ 6. Then planned on refeed 1 or 2 days and failed at that - was 3. sigh

stick to the fast plan. Think that it's going to be Mon-Fri, eat OMAD or 20:4 for Sat & Sun then restart.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Make it to day 14 of the fast - keep up with Na and K supp so that I can run mornings with the pup again - wasn't able to last week having I missed those targets and mornings were brutal. Heart racing, the sweats and feeljng weak. Pickle juice fixed it after 30 min. But that's too late. Finally dialed it in yesterday and feeling good this morning. Despite too little sleep.
