Week ago during the hurricane was the first time that I had reached a plateau. My eating Was virtually the same but I finally broke through it This week picking up debris gave me plenty of exercise but it was also a stressful time week

Day three of vacation mostly having to eat out and still lost weight Thank God for the my fitness pal app showing calories for the food we are eating out. Still able to stay on goal and are very active. Yessss
