Keep up the good work!!! Don’t get discouraged. Consistency is key. It’s a trial and error for your body. Sometimes more exercise isn’t what you need. May just need to adjust food and calories. One thing that worked for me was just tracking everything I eat. Weigh food. It’s a pain but man did it help me in the start. Up protein. Don’t need to make it huge but if you normally get 20 grams make it 50 and try to aim for it.
You’ll get it!!!! Don’t get discouraged.

Like the others said, you shouldn't expect to see results immediately. Usually, when people lose a lot early on, it's water weight.

Try cutting out all alcohol, juices, and soft drinks, including diet sodas. Drink water instead.

I drank plenty of water today. Normally I don't drink much water. Diet dr pepper is my favorite drink.

Hi y'all! This is NOT my first diet bet but I'm so excited to participate and encourage everyone! I started my health journey 12 years ago and lost almost 100 pounds all by myself with healthy diet and exercise. I've recently decided (I guess) that I didn't need to do that anymore and gained 20 pounds back. My clothes don't fit and I'm miserable. Can't wait to lose along side you beautifuls!

I did the first DietBet with Lexi and killed it! Did the second one and didn’t do as well but I am coming back for best 2 out of 3!!! Already starting out the week with lots of water, tracking all my food and a bodypump class at lunch!!! 2024 will be my best year yet and I can’t wait to share my success with all of you! Starting weight in July 2023 was 452 pounds and as of this morning I am down to 369.2 with small changes to diet, movement, gradually adding exercise and drinking more water!
