Yep. I'm sure it will be! This is my first dietbet 10 and I'm so looking forward to it. I've recently been thinking and trying to strategise making small simple changes and getting them to stick in the long term. I can't wait to experiment and see if it works. :)


They say it takes 6 weeks to form a new habit. And they also say when you try to break a bad habit, substitute a good habit in place of the old bad habit to help break the bad habit. I have found focusing on one small change at a time really works best for me. Hope it does for you!
