I went to the gym at least 3 times this week. Tomorrow will make 4. The next step is to really maximize cardio while there
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn't resist junk food at home as much l would have liked. At work I got better but caved once or twice. Definitely, a strong stepping stone week to a really good caloric deficit week and weekend coming up!
