Non-scale victory of the week!

Even though I was feeling sick and up with a sick baby all night, I have continued to push myself to get to the gym and do something.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I hated that I had my cycle and gained a lot of bloat weight. I feel like I overindulged in sweets. Even though it was significantly less than usually, it was still more than necessary

To push to 2 cardio days and more reps with light weights the other 3 days. And stop over indulging

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym at least 3 times this week. Tomorrow will make 4. The next step is to really maximize cardio while there

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't resist junk food at home as much l would have liked. At work I got better but caved once or twice. Definitely, a strong stepping stone week to a really good caloric deficit week and weekend coming up!

Maximizing more out of my workouts cardio wise and saying no to snacking more at home. Work time, is pretty under control. Now its home snacking.
