Did you gain weight while during a break? If so, how much( all of it, half of it, a couple pounds, stayed the same).
Better yet, did you lose more!? If so, way to go!
I gained a couple pounds back from enjoying too many sweets. This game, my goals are to move my body more other than walking and post more.to stay accountable.
