Better control of my evening eating

Have not been running because it's been too hot, but the Fall weather is coming!!

Keep to my goal of losing 2 pounds per week. I'm now within 5 pounds of my goal weight so it will be harder to hit the 2lbs/wk weight loss, but I'm going to try to do it!

I did get that run in, and was pretty active all week.
