Wow...I didn't realize we were in so many games together...the Jan Transformer, Jillian's, and Jeff"s. We have to be on each other's side!!
I'm joining Heidi and Chirs Powell's trhat started today...I'm just waiting for the winnings from Jillian's to roll into that one...I hate starting late, but it will make me work extra hard the first week : )

I've been sick this week. I tried to keep up with the workouts telling myself it's only 25 minutes but didn't work everyday and what I did eat wasn't really good. I see why people have said that everyone goes into the new year with great hopes and then get complacent again by February. I won't be falling off but I see how easy it is to do if you don't continue to motivate yourself. I won't be losing money in this competition but I will be losing weight. I'll have a healthy body and new perspective on working out. By the way, while I'm rambling on; I'm glad you're staying on track.

I'm sorry to hear you were sick this week. A lot of that seems to be going around. Don't let it get you down! It was just a temporary road block to your success. Keyword, "temporary." You've made it this far, you'll definitely make it to the end! I hope you feel better!

Glad to see you finished your finished your first week of T25! I know you'll be successful!

I'm having to take some time off due to pulling a muscle in my leg at work :0(

But I'm not giving up! And I'm still making smart choices with food!

I saw you mentioned that you are doing T25. How do you like it so far? I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and am finding it surprisingly enjoyable!

I'll be happy to share the inches lost with you. I'm really enjoying it so far. Although I'm so out of shape that I've decided I would do the whole system on the modified moves then start over again doing the full moves. I figure that will keep my interest longer too!

You're moving and that's what counts. I'm doing some of the exercises the same and some modified with Tanya but I like your idea. I will focus on no modified the next go round but who knows? By the time we both get to week 5, we may be champs at this thing.
