Now it gets easy. At least for this challenge because you're focusing on the last 4%. Overall, your ultimate goal may be higher but for now, just think 4% and maintain. Some think it's hard to lose weight but it can be harder to maintain it when so many go back to old habits like the weight will just stay off. Okay. I'm rambling but I'm doing okay. Starting T25 over again. I had been sick and did 3 days 2 weeks in a row and I want to get through it completely. So week 1 begins again on Monday. I'm also really enjoing Couch to 5K app. Getting me back to running before the Color Run 5k in June.

That's great! I must admit, my working out habits are non-existent right now. I guess it was the weather going up and down so much in temperature: my sinuses were driving me crazy with lots of pressure and tons of headaches.

I'm so weak from not working out. By this weekend, I will be back on my stationary bike for a week or two then I'll be ready to get back into T25 again.

It's crazy, when I think about it. About 20lbs ago, I was working out almost every day of the week. You'd think because I lost a good amount, I would have more energy. Oh well... I look forward to having more as I build myself back up to T25!

No complaints here. I'm really enjoying T25 and my journey. Everyday isn't perfect. Actually most aren't but I'm feeling more in control and confident than I have in a long time. Just focusing on my next personal goal. This second month I'll push harder and the third even harder. From there, it's all about learning how to maintain my loss. Take care.

You too! I know you'll do it!

Congrats on your tremendous weight loss! You have really worked hard. You're down 10.8 lbs and currently only in ONE Diet Bet??? I always play in the maximum number of games each time. If you're going to work so hard and release your unwanted pounds, you might as well maximize your winnings.

I'd love to you have you in my new Diet Bet, "It's No Sin, 2 Be Thin," which starts on Feb. 10. I love your energy and enthusiasm. You are definitely committed to your goals - that's the type of person who plays in my Diet Bets.

I've done and won 25 Diet Bets and am over $1500 richer. I started at 219.8 lbs and now am at 143 lbs. I'm an Assistant Diet Bet Coach and have hosted 5 Diet Bet Games. Our group is very motivated. Many are also playing in the 6 month Transformer games as well. Here's the link to check it out. Hope to have you with us. http://diet.bt/1gmQPob
